With franchise companies, the results can be mixed. This doesn’t happen at Bumper Rescue. Our guarantee is not conditional on which technician or franchisee repaired your car. We believe it’s wrong for a company to limit its responsibilities for rectification work based on who did the repair. At Bumper Rescue, we stand behind every repair, no matter which of our employees worked on your vehicle—the company as a whole takes responsibility.

Peace of Mind:

If you’re not satisfied with your repair, don’t worry. We’ll take care of it under our Lifetime Guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle. We treat aftercare with the same importance as the initial repair.

Warranty Terms:

• If the repair has failed or deteriorated, simply send us photos for review, and we’ll assess the situation.
• The guarantee doesn’t cover new damage, such as stone chips, scratches, new scuffs, wear and tear, or any other unrelated issues.
• The guarantee ends if you sell or transfer the vehicle.
• The original customer must provide proof of payment for the repair (e.g., the original Bumper Rescue invoice) to qualify for rectification.
