Following their move into a state-of-the-art, purpose-built dealership in late 2024, TMS Volvo & Kia Leicester faced operational challenges around vehicle movement to and from their off-site bodyshop in Hinckley, as well as delays in cosmetic preparation impacting vehicle handovers.
Bumper Rescue introduced a consistent on-site repair solution across both franchises, allowing vehicles to be prepared in a controlled environment without leaving site. This significantly reduced turnaround times and improved the overall customer journey.
We now support the dealership multiple days per week, with additional capacity provided as required to meet demand.

When we first met with the General Manager at Arnold Clark Shrewsbury, it was clear the dealership was struggling to keep up with the volume of cosmetic repairs required to maintain stock presentation.
Although they had an in-house SMART repair technician attending twice a week, capacity and capability limitations meant a backlog of work remained, impacting vehicle readiness.
Bumper Rescue now supports the site with additional weekly repair days, increasing throughput and ensuring vehicles are prepared and sale-ready within required timescales.

Marshall SKODA Nottingham had previously worked with another supplier but experienced ongoing issues with reliability, including missed visits, late attendance, and an inability to complete all required repairs on-site.
After establishing a relationship and opening an account within the Marshall Group, Bumper Rescue introduced a dependable, high-quality service, initially supporting the site one day per week.
As the dealership evolved into a higher-volume used car site, demand increased, and our presence has since expanded to two days per week – providing consistent, reliable support and a far smoother repair process.

Bumper Rescue began working with West Wallasey in April 2024, one of the UK’s largest fleet hire operations. With two in-house bodyshops already in place, the challenge was managing the high volume of vehicles being de-fleeted daily and the resulting overflow of cosmetic repair work.
We provide a reliable overflow solution for their repair requirements, helping to maintain turnaround times without overloading their internal facilities.
Through consistent delivery and a clear understanding of their operational demands, we’ve built a strong working relationship focused on speed, efficiency, and flexibility.

Our relationship with Windsors Wallasey began in 2023, initially supporting the site during peak periods to manage overflow from their on-site bodyshop.
Following the closure of their bodyshop, Bumper Rescue transitioned into their primary repair provider, delivering a consistent and dependable service each week. The same dedicated technician attends site, ensuring continuity, familiarity, and high standards of workmanship.
Regular site visits and ongoing communication have allowed us to build a long-standing, trusted partnership, fully aligned with the needs of the business.

Bumper Rescue started supporting Evans Halshaw Ford Transit Centre in Bretton in early 2024. At the time, all cosmetic repairs were being sent to an internal bodyshop in Manchester, resulting in extended vehicle downtime and delayed preparation.
By introducing a regular on-site repair service, we’ve significantly reduced turnaround times and kept vehicles on location, ready for sale or deployment far more quickly.
A consistent technician attends the site each week, building strong relationships with the team and ensuring a seamless, efficient repair process.
